Until we discovered that if we don’t, there is a strong likelihood that all the makeup, perspiration, pollution and grime that has accumulated on our skin during the day will be pressed into our pores when we dry off during a sweaty spinning session. Not a good prospect. And it is not hard to understand why our pores clog up and pimples break out when we least want them. So, to make it easier to remember, we now keep a pack of makeup remover wipes and a bottle of toner in our gym bag. A quick makeup removal and skin refresher between work and workout also has much to recommend it. It gives your skin a chance to breathe and recover its natural freshness.
